• Can I get a quote over the phone?
  No. An application must be submitted for review. Questions that do not pertain to your event may be left blank. Use free-form area on front page of application for additional information.
• When can I expect to receive a quote?
  Within 24 to 48 hours.
• Can I pay by credit card?
  Yes. Please call us to pay by credit card.
• Do you accept personal checks?
  No. We accept either a cashier check or money order.
• When is my payment due?
  Payment must be received PRIOR to event date.
• When is my Certificate of Insurance issued?
  Once we receive payment of premium in full.
• What are the Program limits of liability?
  From $1,000,000 up to $5,000,000.
• What type of coverage does the Program provide?
  Primary General Liability / Excess General Liability. Please refer to Coverage Summary for breakdown of limits.
• Is there a deductible?
  No.
